Service is a very difficult thing to quantify. Very often you do not know that the company you are buying from offer poor service until it is too late and they already have your money.

What we are trying to do by introducing our ‘Service Guarantee’ is to inform potential customers that the whole ethos of our company is, first and foremost, based around giving the best possible service.

This does not mean that we do not make mistakes (we are only human) but it does mean that when we do, we will do our best to put things right, quickly and efficiently.
